About Your Coach
I
graduated from Glasgow University with an M.A. in Social Sciences
and went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance
at Paisley University. I have been involved in the careers field
for over twenty years and worked in the London area before returning
north to Edinburgh four years ago and moving into Life Coaching.
My passion is working with people to assist them in fulfilling
their potential. I am married with two teenage children.
Coaching Style
I strongly believe in the importance of setting
goals to achieve the future you want. These goals are possible
when you can take a step by step approach. The sense of achievement
from this process, along with me at your side supporting you,
will ensure that you will remain motivated throughout. You will
be absolutely amazed at your successes. I also truly believe that
we all have lots more potential than we normally utilise on a
day to day basis.

Isn't that what friends are for?
Friends are important for support. However they
often advise us and tell us what to do, taking away the opportunity
for us to find our own solutions.
