How does coaching work?
Coaching works by allowing you to focus
on what you want to change in your life. You may want to work
on areas such as: career; work/life balance; relationships; finances;
health; fitness; family; eliminating unwanted routines/habits.
It is about supporting you to overcome barriers which restrict
achievement in these areas. I will assist you to find creative
solutions to enable you to reach your goals.

The Format
- After an initial consultation (free of
charge with no obligation) to talk through your initial objectives
for coaching and establishing our team approach, we will agree
the best package to suit
- Assess which areas of your life you want
to change
- Agree a mutually suitable time for the
sessions to take place
- Coaching normally involves between 4 and
6 sessions of 45 minutes
- The process is successful over the telephone
or face to face
- During the sessions we discuss the progress
to date, work on current goals and agree the plan of action
to be undertaken before the next session.
- Take account of your values when
setting goals
- Throughout the sessions there will
be an opportunity to review progress to ensure you are achieving
what you really want
